Miami-based Vertical Developments has announced the launch of Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa, a 16-story luxury waterfront condo project in Aventura. This marks the third branded condo project launched by the firm in recent months, following the unveiling of Riva Residenze in Fort Lauderdale and Armani/Casa Residences Pompano Beach.
Project Details
Located at 20605 Northeast 34th Avenue, Avenia will offer 22 exclusive residences with prices starting at $5 million. Designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp, the project will feature interiors by Fendi Casa, renowned for its sophisticated Italian craftsmanship.
Amenities
Amenities at Avenia will include a private library, state-of-the-art fitness center, rejuvenating spa, a vibrant game room, a stylish bar, a resort-style pool, and an elegant private event space.
Development & Acquisition
Vertical Developments acquired the half-acre waterfront site in 2023 for $7.5 million. Construction is expected to be completed in 2027.
