A major step forward in this ambitious endeavor is the selection of Fort Lauderdale-based Moss Construction as the general contractor, with groundbreaking set for summer 2025.

Dream Hotel: At the heart of the development stands the eight-story, 167-room Dream Hotel, a luxury brand under Hyatt Hotels. Designed to attract both locals and tourists, this upscale addition promises to redefine riverfront hospitality.
Entertainment Hub: Next to the hotel, a sprawling six-story, 100,000-square-foot entertainment complex will feature high-end restaurants specializing in Asian and Italian coastal cuisine. A nightclub, equipped with special zoning permits allowing operations until 5 a.m., will offer an exclusive nightlife experience unlike any other in Miami.
Garcia’s Seafood Expansion: Partnering with the Garcia family—renowned for their nearly 50-year-old seafood legacy—the project will introduce a new fish market, raw bar, and outdoor dining space, seamlessly blending authentic local flavors with the development’s upscale atmosphere.

Strategic Location: Spanning from the I-95 overpass to Northwest First Street, Riverside Wharf sits on a historically underutilized stretch of the Miami River. Developers anticipate this project will serve as a catalyst for further investment, transforming the area into a dynamic hub of activity.
