Jorge Rucas, Director of Real Estate in the U.S. for LORE, commented: “The location is ideal, in the heart of Coconut Grove, with access to parks, marinas, top-notch schools, high-end restaurants, hotels and boutiques, as well as its proximity to Coral Gables, Brickell, downtown Miami and the beaches.”

Stephan de Sabrit, Managing Partner of Leste Group, added: “We are excited to work with Opportunity to establish LORE as one of the most prominent residential developers in South Florida. With The Lincoln, we have raised the bar in luxury developments for Coconut Grove.”
